God has given to every Believer the direct command that we are to study His Word: " Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15). Our community, for a very long time, has had a desperate need for an inexpensive Bible College where an individual can begin a systematic study of the Word of God. The Lord has laid on our hearts the need for such an institution for quite some time and May 2007 was the birth of Faith Bible Institute “ The School Of The Prophets” at First Corinthian Baptist Church, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Today, God has given to us a school for those who want a “strong” biblical understanding of the Word of God. We want to honor our young men and women in our Armed Forces by providing free tuition for all those who served in the Iraq War and/or Afganistan. Our Teachers will be Spirit-Filled Seminary or Bible College graduates who will require you to do Term papers, take exams, and do homework. FBI will conduct all classes on Saturdays for only 14 weeks. We will be inviting Preachers of the Gospel to bring us the Word in our monthly chapel services. We also plan to feed the physical body by providing a continental breakfast every Saturday.
